Communication officer

Njeck Christy is a multi-skilled administrative and education professional based in Yaoundé, Cameroon, with over four years of experience in teaching, customer service, communication, and office administration. She is passionate about supporting organizational growth through effective communication, strong interpersonal relationships, and excellent service delivery.

Currently, she works at Ladybird Group of Schools as a Communication Officer, Customer Service Personnel, Counselor, and Teacher of English Language and Literature. In this role, she creates engaging lesson plans, teaches students effectively, assesses academic progress, and maintains a productive learning environment while also supporting communication and customer relations within the institution.

Previously, she served as a Marketing and Secretary staff member at American Ditek Institute, where she promoted the institution’s services and handled administrative responsibilities. She also worked as an English Language Teacher at Image International Christian Centre in Equatorial Guinea, where she gained valuable experience.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Curriculum Studies and Teaching English Language from the University of Buea, Cameroon. Her strengths include communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving, computer proficiency, and interpersonal skills, which enable her to adapt easily and work effectively in diverse professional environments.
