At Ladybird Group of Schools, structure and punctuality are vital to our mission. Starting the day with shared goals prepares every student for success.

1. General Arrival & Start

Arrival Time: All students must be on campus by 7:25 AM.
Form Time/Assembly Start: Activities begin promptly at 7:30 AM.

2. Assembly & Special Sessions Schedule

Daily Early Years & Primary Assembly (7:30 AM – 8:00AM) To ensure our younger learners are motivated and focused, they meet every morning to:

Sing the National Anthem.
Engage in morning exercise and dancing.
Participate in morning prayers and motivational talks.
Receive the day's instructions and specific learning objectives.

Secondary & High School Assembly

Monday (7:45 AM – 8:00 AM): Whole School Assembly. All levels (Early Years through High School) gather for the National Anthem and shared school announcements.
Thursday (7:30 AM – 8:00 AM): Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) – Quiet Reading.
Friday (7:45 AM – 8:00 AM): Secondary School Assembly.

3. Early Years (Pre-Nursery to Nursery 2)

The Early Years section follows a specialized developmental timetable.

Closing Time: 2:00 PM.
Detailed timetables are available upon request from the School Secretary.

4. Primary School Schedule (Grades 1–6)

07:30 – 08:00: Daily Morning Assembly (National Anthem, Prayer, Motivation)
08:00 – 09:00: Lesson 1
09:00 – 10:00: Lesson 2
10:00 – 10:30: Morning Break
10:30 – 11:20: Lesson 3
11:20 – 12:00: Lesson 4
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch Break
13:00 – 13:50: Lesson 6
13:50 – 14:40: Lesson 7
14:40: Start of Co-curricular Activities
15:30: End of Lessons – End of School Day.

5. Secondary School Schedule (Forms 1–5)

07:45 – 08:00: Form Time (Assembly on Mondays and Fridays)
08:00 – 08:50: Lesson 1
08:50 – 09:40: Lesson 2
09:40 – 10:30: Lesson 3
10:50 – 11:40: Morning Break & Lesson Prep
11:40 – 12:30: Lesson 4
12:30 – 13:10: Lunch Break
13:10 – 14:00: Lesson 5
14:00 – 14:50: Lesson 6
14:50: Start of Co-curricular Activities
15:40: End of Lessons – End of School Day.

6. High School (Lower & Upper Sixth)

Standard Closing: 4:00 PM.
Science/Lab Days: 5:00 PM
